As your insurance agency, we’re here to assist you with your policy service needs. For urgent matters outside office hours, you can also reach out directly to your insurance carrier for assistance.
Please note that any changes to your policy will not take effect simply by leaving a voicemail or a message on social media. Changes are only valid once confirmed by an authorized representative of iSAFE Insurance Services.
Claims
To ensure a timely and accurate claims, all claims should be reported directly to your insurance carrier as soon as possible. This allows the carrier to assess the situation promptly and minimize potential delays or further losses.
We’d like to clarify that the final agreement on your claim is determined between you and your insurance carrier’s adjuster. While we don’t make those decisions, we’re here to support you.
